Who should residents contact if they have questions or concerns about the Marine Terrace property or the coop association? Direct questions or comments to the Marine Terrace property management company using the contact information on the Contact Us page of this website. The rules we live by state that If any owner has an issue, they must send a certified letter and allow a 30 day turn around time for the board to respond. The property manager and board will always try their best to remedy the problem.
How do we dispose of our trash? Please use the garbage chute in the laundry area of each floor for typical household waste. Residents must carry larger items to the garbage room on the first floor and deposit them in the trash container. Packaging waste must be flattened so it takes as little space as possible.
Construction waste may not be deposited in the trash container. Residents and their contractors are responsible for the disposal of building material and other waste that is the result of renovation and repair.
Discarded Furniture, appliances and other large items may NOT be placed at the curbside. You must make arrangements for the old item to be picked up. If you have construction or other large waste, you must make your own arrangements for it to be taken away. The City of Pompano Beach will be charge our association for trash left on the street.
How do we dispose of our recycling? Marine Terrace does not recycle at this time due to space restrictions.
What are the rules regarding use of the common barbecue? The barbecue is available on a first come, first served basis. We request that you be sure to turn off the barbecue and properly clean the grills after each use.
What are the pool hours? The pool is available for use between 9am and 9pm each day. Posted pool rules must be followed at all times.
Where may guests of Marine Terrace park? Your guests may park in one of the two guest parking spaces, located at either end of the parking lot. Owners and renters may NOT park in visitor parking at any time. If guest parking is unavailable, do not park in another owner's space without being granted permission in advance. Just because a parking space is empty does not mean it is available to you or your guests.
Is Marine Terrace Coop Association approval required before we begin renovations in our apartment? The Marine Terrace has introduced an application process for owners who wish to make modifications to their units. The Architectural Submission/Application Form is a two page document that requests basic information about the project scope and contractors involved.
