ARCHITECTURAL SUBMISSION/APPLICATION

The Marine Terrace has introduced an application process for owners who wish to make modifications to their units. The Architectural Submission/Application Form is a two page document that requests basic information about the project scope and contractors involved. .​

APPLICATION FOR RENTAL/PURCHASE OCCUPANCY FORM

Both lessees and owners must complete a Marine Terrace Application for Occupancy form. The application must be approved by the board before the apartment may be occupied. New owners must be approved by the board before a purchase can be completed.
